Product Warranty (Signage) 

CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacturer and workmanship at the time of sale. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. warrants that each of its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. However, the obligation of CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. under this warranty shall be limited to the requirement that it makes good at CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD.’s place of business any part or parts which are returned to CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. within 6 months from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Such return of the product to CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. must be made with transportation charges prepaid. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. will then examine the product to determine if the product is in fact defective. The aforesaid warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied along with all other obligations or liabilities on the part of CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD.. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. does not authorize anyone to obligate CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. in any way beyond the terms set forth above. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. does not warrant any product which it has been the subject of misuse, negligence, accident, repair or alteration which, in the judgment of CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD., affects the product’s stability or reliability.

THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. AS REFERRED TO ABOVE SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WARRANTIES OF CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. REQUIRE MORE FROM CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD.

Complaints

Any complaints or claims made by the buyer on the delivered product must be notified to the seller in writing within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods.

Damaged Goods in Transit

CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. If a package is damaged in transit, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. will be happy to work with you and the carrier to secure a settlement for damaged goods provided proper documentation has been made on receipt. Failure to document damage will make it impossible to secure a claim on your behalf.

Pricing Information; Availability Disclaimer

Seller reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, Products and Service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, Product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to Product availability and the availability of Personnel to perform the Services. Therefore, Seller cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfil Customer’s orders. If Services are being performed on a time and materials basis, any estimates provided by Seller are for planning purposes only.

Products

Minimum Order

CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. has a no minimum order for any purchases.

Payment Terms

All orders made on CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. are via cash, cheque & e-wallet. CSMY MEDIA GROUP SDN.BHD. have the rights to request a deposit before the order goes into production. Customer have to clear the rest of the payment when the installation have been done. Otherwise, CSMY MEDIA GROUP.BHD reserves the right to take further action.

Cancellation

Cancellation is acceptable when the order has not gone into production. However, it can charge a specific amount if any services are already be used.

Product Returns

  1. Custom products cannot be returned but it can be repaired if it was defective at the time of sale.
  2. Products damaged in shipment are not covered by warranty.
  3. If return freight is lost or damaged in shipment it is not covered by warranty.
